Dr Des Deen has been in practice for 27 years. He works using chiropractic techniques combined with soft tissue work. Dr Des’s focus is on pain relief and longterm spinal correction with a treatment focus on deep muscle work.
His work in sports rehabilitation targets muscular and spinal imbalances. He cares for all types of problems and people, from office workers to athletes.
Dr Des has worked both in the UK and Australia. Dr Des is a lifeguard and dedicates part of his weekend to his local surf lifesaving club in North Bondi.
Lidiane has over 15 years of clinical experience, 6 of those in the occupational health sector of a multinational company in Brazil where she delivered treatment and injury prevention care plans to clients with a range of work-related injuries and disorders.
Passionate about community outreach and support, she was also a volunteer in the Pain Management outpatient clinic at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Federal University of Bahia for 7 years.
Lidiane has a Master’s Degree from the Madrid College of Chiropractic and is proficient with various chiropractic techniques such as Gonstead, Diversified, Activator methods®️, soft tissue releases, exercise rehab and Webster Technique for pregnant patients.
Her areas of interests are working with pregnant patients, work-related injuries, lower back pain, headaches and neck issues.
She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
David is a member of the Australian Traditional
Medicine Society (ATMS) and has worked in several
of Sydney’s best Physiotherapy, Chiropractic &
Remedial Massage clinics. In clinical practice, David
has helped a wide range of clients, from musicians,
personal trainers, post-natal mothers, athletes and
office workers.
David is passionate about looking after his clients
through Remedial Massage but also recommending
exercise selection, stretching & mobility protocols to
reach their fitness & lifestyle goals.
Outside of work, David enjoys natural bodybuilding,
photography, anime, Asian cuisine, curating playlists
for every occasion, exploring the outdoors with his
wife - Chelsea & being a dad to their first born son.
Dr Alex Copper has been practicing for over 30 years as a Biomechanics Podiatrist in various multi-disciplinary clinics around Australia. He has extensive experience in treating biomechanical related conditions of the feet, legs, lower back and posture. He has a Bachelor of Podiatry, Master of Podiatry (research) and has recently completed his PhD. One of his thesis studies investigated lower limb injuries and their relationship to safety footwear and is published in the Journal of Foot and Ankle Research.
He regularly collaborates with the Chiropractors/Osteopaths and Massage Therapist at Sydney Chiro and Osteo and has vast knowledge of different types of footwear. This allows him to easily treat and manage many daily aches and pains of the feet and legs.
